| | Our ECOTUBE 2010 fine bubble tubular membrane diffusers & ECODISC 316 disc type diffusers are proven for highest ever oxygen transfer efficiency when installed in aeration tanks of Effluent / Sewage Treatment Plants. At very low power consumption, the effluent can be aerated most effectively and reduce BOD & COD and increase DO level due to high oxygen transfer efficiency.
Provide us with the details of your effluent at the inlet to aeration tank - i.e. total flow per day, BOD, COD, Ammonical Nitrogen, pH, TSS etc and also the size of the aeration tank( s) and the required outlet conditions. We shall submit a detailed proposal suggesting the required blower( s) and number of diffusers to be installed, the layout for installation, the complete bill of materials and the cost.
Wherever replaced with conventional aerators, our system paid back within 6 to 15 months, after which there is enormous savings on power. | | |
